Chad Hanlon is a real estate agent based in St. John's, NL.   Chad is a certified journeyman electrician, and has experience in both new home construction and industrial scale construction projects.  Chad also completed a Bachelor of Science (Geography) from Memorial University of Newfoundland. This led to his employment in the area of land administration with the Crown Lands Division (Government of NL), where he has gained valuable experience in the areas of land acquisition, land transactions and supporting individuals in acquiring title to land.   Chad has also been employed in a municipal government setting as both a development technician and planning technician, where he worked collaboratively with property lawyers to ensure development regulations were met during residential real estate transactions. Each of Chad's previous employment roles has supported him in developing a strong understanding of home construction, municipal zoning, development regulations and legislation pertaining to land administration.  Chad is personable, down to earth and has years of customer service experience. He believes the most important part of a real estate transaction is building a trusting relationship with his clients.
